Closed Loop Spray Dryer

The top of the drying tower adopts a special hot air distributor to guide the gas in the tower and prevent the material from sticking to the wall. Made of 2mm 304 stainless steel, shell 304 thick 3mm.
The inner diameter of the drying tower is 1.6m, total height is 6.5m. Can withstand 2Kg of positive pressure, and will not be damaged in the case of operational errors. The inner wall is 3mm stainless steel 316L polished mirror plate, welded by argon arc welding. The outer package of the tower is a 1.5mm stainless steel plate with Q235 steel skeleton and rock wool insulation of 50mm thickness in the middle.
The tower is equipped with a tower door and observation holes, easy to clean the tower observation. The tower body intersection and pipe elbow is rounded butt design, reduce dead ends.
Normal operating temperature: hot air distributor into the air temperature of 180 ℃. Extreme operating temperature 250℃. Tower working pressure: 2000 ~ 5000Pa, the limit of the tower pressure: 20000Pa, more than 26000pa explosion relief membrane will automatically rupture, so that the gas leak to the outside of the equipment. The ultimate negative pressure -12000pa.
